These Terms and Services (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the procurement of third-party inspection, audit, and technical review services from Pakistan Quality Inspection & Services (“Company”). This website serves strictly as an enterprise portfolio and business inquiry platform. No direct online commercial transactions or retail sales are conducted through this site. By accessing our site or submitting a corporate inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides independent, third-party professional services limited to:
- Inspection and Audit Services (Global Compliance Oversight)
- Fabric Inspection Services (Textile Technical Mastery)
- Leather and Product Inspection (Premium Material Authentication)
Our role is strictly limited to reviewing technical specifications and reporting visual or physical findings at the specific time and location of the inspection. The content on this website is for informational and portfolio presentation purposes only and does not constitute a binding electronic offer.
2. Client Obligations and B2B Inquiries
To initiate a formal engagement or receive a technical inspection, the Client must:
- Submit valid corporate information through our business inquiry channels.
- Provide precise technical specifications, acceptable quality limits, tolerances, and testing protocols at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled on-site inspection.
- Ensure the manufacturing facility or partner factory in Pakistan grants our field inspectors full, unhindered, and safe access to the goods, production lines, and premises.
3. Inspection Reports and Disclaimers
- Reports are issued solely based on the specific instructions, technical documentation, and random samples provided by the Client at the time of service.
- An approved inspection report does not guarantee that a factory will not ship defective items post-inspection, nor does it relieve the manufacturer from their ultimate contractual liabilities to the buyer.
- The Company is not liable for hidden or latent defects that could not be detected using standard visual inspection or physical sampling protocols.
4. Enterprise Payment Terms
Because this is an informational enterprise website, no online payment gateways or consumer checkout systems are integrated.
- All professional service fees are billed offline through official corporate invoices.
- Fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduling and deployment of inspectors to the factory site.
- Payments must be settled via corporate Bank Transfer or an approved Letter of Credit (L/C).
- Delayed payments or unresolved balances will result in the immediate withholding of formal inspection certificates and official reports.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability for any certified claim of loss, damage, or expense arising from our services shall not exceed 5 times the total fee paid for that specific inspection assignment, or 1,000 USD (whichever amount is lower). We are not liable under any circumstances for consequential or indirect losses, including loss of profit, brand reputation damage, or supply chain shipping delays.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of these services or the use of this enterprise portfolio site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi.
